UUJ Ladies Hockey field three Senior Teams into the Saturday League structure in Ulster.  The UUJ Hockey Academy also fields an U14 side and there will also be a "freshers" team that will compete in the new CUSAI midweek Irish Universities league.

1stXI and 2ndXI training is on Monday evenings (6-8pm) on the new high performance waterbased astro-turf pitch at the Jordanstown Campus.  Training for the entire club is on Wednesday evenings (6-8pm) at the same venue.
